The aura is the electromagentic field that surrounds you. It contains all of your bodies, the same way the Earth is enveloped by a gravitational field or its own magnetic field envelops it. It acts as a container for your life force, and is your protection and shield.
The aura is very interesting to me because within the aura everything is contained – this life, previous lives, future lives – everything! It can attract the right people to you and repel the right people away from you.
When the aura is strong you feel safe, secure and protected. You are able to function in your daily life effortlessly with energy. You know who you are. The aura when strong will naturally transmute other peoples negativity and stuff effortlessly. This uplifts the people around you.
Your whole life is created around what is inside your auric field and what you project. The higher quality your field is the higher quality of a life you will live. You gain a higher quality field by making the choice to step into your dharma, clearing karmas, and raising your frequency.
When you have a strong aura you can really stand into yourself and be who you are no matter where you are. Your authenticity can really be seen as you uplift. Disease cannot penetrate your field.
How to Balance: Ego Eradicator. Meditate. Wear White Clothing. Subagh Kriya. Kriya for Strengthening the Electromagnetic Field. Meditation for the Seventh Body.
Resources: From my understanding, Yogi Bhajan taught about the ten bodies sporadically over many years of teaching. He didn’t teach a class on the Ten Bodies. Various students of his have collected the information I will be presenting to you here, namely from the The Aquarian Teacher Instructor Manual Level One and The Ten Light Bodies of Consciousness by Nivair Singh Khalsa.
