It’s the end of another year!
I have so much gratitude for each of you who bought the book, for each of you who gave feedback and for each of you for reading this blog. You are the reason I keep blogging even though sometimes I don’t know what I am doing and even though sometimes I can’t stay consistent. I have so much gratitude for you. Thank you! I hope your next year is filled with positive transformation, many blessings both expected and unexpected, and dreams coming true!
What Happened on the Blog
This year on the blog we saw my first ever ebook: Conquer Herpes. It seemed to help people out and I am planning on creating new ways to help people move through the challenges that Herpes presents them. There was a companion article published on Elephant Journal which was a vulnerable experience.
Meditation
I meditated a lot this year, and if you were following along you would’ve meditated right with me! We did a lot of meditation work with So Purkh – which I had not planned on but it seemed very necessary for the things I wished to better in and around myself. This meditation led to some mystical experiences and some challenging experiences. I also have begun to feel it guiding me to my future partner. This meditation as a subtle voice guiding me and I continue to chant it every day.
New Blog Features
I introduced a couple of new features on the blog this year including interviews with different yoga teachers. I really enjoyed this feature and want to keep doing it this year – so if you know of any teachers, or if you are one, let me know! I’d love to connect and see if we can do an interview. I am thinking of moving this to a podcast type thing as well this year. Here’s the list of the wonderful interviewees:
~ Joy
~ Elena
~ Uttamjeet Kaur
~ Param Jeep Kaur
Artwork
This year also saw some massive changes in my art work and helped me identify more of where I want to go with my art work and where I want to go in my professional life and yogic life. There are a new set of yoga mats I am working on creating as we speak that will take probably a couple of months to create. I’ve got to act fast because I am moving once again into an even smaller space than I moved into now!
In the artwork field though I am hoping to launch a few things for Mystic Yogini in the later half of the year, including offering new upcycled yoga mats.
With that, have great celebrations – whatever you celebrate! I look forward to growing with you next year! <3
